SHIPPING POLICY

 All our shipments are free.

Unless the shipping address is a location where our shipping associate cannot deliver and the cost exceeds our standard, we will contact you to inform you of the exceeded cost so that you can make the corresponding payment and continue processing your order.

Please take in mind
For products in stock our processing time is one week.

In some of our products and in personalized orders we work by order, the process time takes 3 to 4 weeks.

Normally our shipping associate takes 3 to 6 days to deliver your order.

You will receive an email when your order is being shipped and another email on the day of delivery, please be attentive to receive and inspect your product (without removing it from the box in the case of wooden furniture and large sinks)

* DAMAGE CLAIMS NEED TO BE REPORTED TO US AND THE SHIPPING CARRIER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE PACKAGE DELIVERY DATE WITH PHOTOS OF DAMAGE AND PACKAGING FOR PROOF. CLAIMS MADE ANYTIME AFTER 24 HOURS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The shipping carrier does not allow us to submit an insurance claim after this time period if damage occurs during shipment.

 

 

 

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, please email customer service at dineka.stone@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address: Dineka Stone 114 Scarlett Cir Harlingen, TX 78552 United States

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  You must use a trackable method to mail your return. 

  

DAMAGE CLAIMS

All damage claims must be submitted to Dineka Stone and the shipping carrier immediately upon receiving the order. After 24 hours the insurance will be null and void, it is for this reason we need to process the claim immediately.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Discounted orders
  •     Custom orders

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

Please Note

  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return to any party for any reason.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange to any party for any reason.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the issuance of store credit to any party for any reason.
